• Embark on an excursion to the Douro Valley, famous for its wine production. Learn more about the wine-making process and Portuguese viticulture.

DAY 4

• Visiting Coimbra and its famous university will, without a doubt, inspire you to want to study a semester abroad!
• Discover one of Portugal's jewels, the Alcobaça Monastery, a masterpiece of Gothic architecture;
• Tonight, the charming seaside resort of Nazaré welcomes you. Why not start with a walk on its splendid beaches at sunset?

DAY 5

• Take a step in history as you explore Batalha and its monuments that commemorate the victory of the Portuguese over Spain in the 14th century. 
• Learn more about the Order of the Templars when you visit Tomar, the former headquarters of the organization that builds the castle you are going to visit there.

DAY 6

• Stop off in the charming village of Obidos, a medieval town topped with picturesque windmills;
• Majestic palaces, impressive mansions, a fantastic castle nestled in the heart of a forest, this is what awaits you in Sintra! Pena Palace will dazzle you! 
• It was worth the wait, tonight you're sleeping in Lisbon! 

DAY 7

• From the Alfama district and its Moorish heritage to the most recent district of Baixa, Lisbon is chock-a-block with treasures that you will discover during a guided tour;
• Follow in the footsteps of the Portuguese monarchy on your guided tour of Castelo de Sao Jorge. Do not miss the panorama!
• Eggs, milk, vanilla, a few simple ingredients for an incomparable delight. Come and try your hand at making pastels de nata!

DAY 8

• Departure for a day excursion in the Algarve! Next stop: Albufeira!
• Embark on an unforgettable cruise along the coast to discover the sea caves for which the region is famous;
  
• Sandals, swimsuits and sunglasses are compulsory, it's time for an afternoon at leisure at Albufeira beach!

DAY 9

• With your head and luggage full of memories, make your way to Lisbon Airport to catch your flight home. Até breve, Portugal!
