Sample itinerary for Paris trip

Day 1

  • Overnight flight towards France.

Day 2

  • Meet with the most beautiful city in the world during an expert-led walking tour of the heart of Paris.
  • Live like a local and take the Parisian metro! 
  • See the city from above as you go to the top of the Tour Eiffel.

Day 3

  • Unveil the mystery behind the enigmatic smile of Mona Lisa at the Musée du Louvre.
  • Travel back in time to the city's origins as you stroll through Ile Saint-Louis and Ile de la Cité with your tour leader.
  • Be amazed by the multicolored stained-glass at the Sainte-Chapelle.
  • Dive into the heart of France's governmental power during your exploration in the Faubourg Saint-Germain.

Day 4

  • Admire the famous avenue des Champs-Élysées from the top of the Arc de Triomphe. 
  • Learn about the creation of modern Paris and Haussman architecture as you follow your tour leader in a walk in the Opera district. 
  • Revel in the gold trimmings and red velvet, in the history, the art, and the music which live on at the famed Opéra Garnier!
  • Re-enact scenes from legendary films during your passage on the Pont des Arts during a night stroll with your tour leader.

Day 5

  • Take a break from the tumult as you explore the Parc des Buttes-Chaumont.
  • Personify Amelie Poulain as you strike a pose on an iron footbridge along the Canal Saint-Martin.
  • Grab a wicker basket and peruse the stalls of the oldest food market in town, the Marché des Enfants Rouges. 
  • Paris is chock-a-block with museums, but this one is like no other; immerse yourself into digital art with a visit to the Atelier des Lumières! 
  • Wake up your internal artist as you're walking along the cobbled streets of Montmartre district and let yourself be charmed by its village atmosphere.

Day 6

  • Explore some of the 700 rooms of the Château de Versailles! it is then that you will get a grasp with the meaning of the word grandeur!
  • Lose yourself in the maze of the palace gardens and admire the Petit and Grand Trianon, the Hameau de la Reine and other marvels.
  • Put on your French beret, grab a bowl and prepare for an initiation to pétanque, France's traditional bowl game. 
  • Enjoy authentic local flavors during a dinner in one of the oldest districts, Le Marais! Despite its name, which directly translates to "the swamp", the neighborhood is nothing like one, filled with picturesque streets and delicious foods! 

Day 7

  • Get ready for some chills, it's time for a spooky visit of the Catacombes de Paris;
  • Fluctuat nec mergitur! This is Paris' motto. You'd better mug up on your latin lessons before heading to the Quartier Latin, the intellectual district!
  • We hope you have some space left in your luggage, it's shopping time on the Grands Boulevards;
  • Ahoy mateys! All aboard a bateau-mouche for a cruise on the Seine! 

Day 8

  • Pack up your bags and say au-revoir to this foreign land as you're flying back home!
