DAY 2 · LAFAYETTE - AVERY ISLAND
  • Have breakfast at the hotel and get ready for the day.
  • Step back in time at Lafayette’s Acadian Village, a recreated 19th-century Cajun settlement featuring restored homes, workshops, and bayou landscapes.
  • Visit the Tabasco Factory on Avery Island and discover how this world-famous sauce is made, aged, and shipped across the globe.

DAY 4 · BATON-ROUGE - NEW ORLEANS

  • Stop for lunch in the French Quarter, where you'll try local flavours, watch street performers, and soak up the vibrant energy of New Orleans’ most famous neighbourhood.
  • Head out on a Honey Island Swamp Tour! Glide through mysterious bayous surrounded by cypress trees, spotting alligators, herons, and turtles.
  • Return to the city and enjoy dinner at a local restaurant.
  • Embark on a haunted walk through the French Quarter to uncover the city’s ghostly legends and eerie tales.
  • Return to the hotel for a good night’s sleep.
DAY 5 · NEW ORLEANS
  • Have breakfast at the hotel and get ready for the day.
  • Visit the Hurricane Katrina Memorial to pay tribute to the victims and learn about New Orleans’ resilience and rebirth.
  • Go behind the scenes at Mardi Gras World, where artists design and build the extravagant floats that parade each year.

  • Board your motorcoach and begin the journey home.
