They say a picture is worth a thousand words. That’s why we love seeing the photos and videos that our travellers share with us from their tour!
We want to see that breathtaking photo or video of an activity you did or a sight you visited that made your jaw drop. You know, the one you couldn’t wait to share with your friends and family?
THE PRIZES
Sixteen Grand Prize Winners will receive a $250 Amazon e-gift card for Best Overall Photo and Best Overall Video. There will be 8 winners per category announced at the end of the contest.
Eight Monthly Prize Winners will receive a $25 Amazon or Tim Hortons e-gift card every month of the contest, January through June. (That’s 48 monthly winners total!)
ELIGIBILITY
From January 1 through June 30, 2024, you can enter to win one of sixteen Grand Prizes by submitting your best photos or videos from your 2024 tour. All tour participants, Program Leaders, and chaperones travelling with us are eligible to participate.
As a reminder, WorldStrides Canada now includes Jumpstreet, Éducatours, Explorica, and Brightspark, so all participants in tours operated by any of these brands, as well as WorldStrides Canada Performing Arts and Sports tours, are eligible (and encouraged!) to enter.
PHOTO & VIDEO REQUIREMENTS
Not exactly sure what to capture? You can’t go wrong with capturing photos and videos of you, your friends and fellow participants, teachers, and chaperones showcasing your destination’s unique landscape or culture. (Bonus points if they include a shot with your rockstar tour leader!)

Entering to win is as easy as 1, 2, 3!
Step 1: Click on the link below to access our online submission platform in the language of your choice.
Step 2: Log into or create your Submittable account, our online submission platform (it only takes a few seconds).
Step 3: Upload your photos & videos and fill in a few simple details, like your destination, school name, and a short caption describing it. That's it! Click ''submit'' and you're done!
Be sure to get your entries in before 11:59 PM EST on June 30, 2024.
We will email all winners directly, but a lot of great runner-up submissions will also be featured on social media! Keep your eye on our Instagram and Facebook pages to keep up with all our favourites throughout the contest.
THE RULES
All submitted photos and videos must be taken during your 2024 WorldStrides Canada tour. Only registered travellers, including tour participants, chaperones, and Program Leaders, may submit photos or videos. This contest is only open to legal citizens of the United States and Canada.
