Meet at the airport to catch your flight to Paris. Here's a bird's eye view of all the ground you'll be covering!

 

 

 

 

Arrive at Charles de Gaulle International Airport, meet you tour leader, and hop on your motorcoach to discover the City of Lights.

Guided tour of Paris by to see: l’Arc de Triomphe, les Champs Élysées, la tour Eiffel, le Louvre, Notre-Dame and more…

Enjoy your first Parisian lunch (individual expense).

Take a picture of the Eiffel Tower from the best vantage point: le parvis du Palais de Chaillot.

Get a lay of the land atop one of the most iconic towers in the world:  La Tour Eiffel.

Check in to the hotel before dinner at a nearby restaurant.

Return to the hotel for a well-deserved night’s rest.

 

 

Breakfast at the hotel before heading off to discover one of the most renowned museums in the world, le Louvre. Enjoy a tour with one of the museum’s specialized guides, followed by free time to explore their epic art collection.

Walking tour of the Latin Quarter as you make your way to le square du vert-Gallant. Grab lunch along the way (individual expense).

Discover the charming archipelago of Ile St-Louis and Ile de la Cité.

Visit the magnificent Notre-Dame cathedral, a centuries-old structure that took over 170 years to build! 

Free time and exploration les Halles, followed by dinner at a nearby restaurant.

Spend the evening exploring Beaubourg as you make your way to City Hall and Notre Dame. Finish your evening jaunt with a a stop at le Louvre, lit up in all its nighttime splendor.

Return to the hotel for a well-deserved night’s rest.

Guided tour of the musée d’Orsay, where you’ll admire great works by the likes of Monet, Manet, Deguas, Renoir et Van Gogh.

Walking tour along the river Seine before stopping at l’hôtel des Invalides. Grab lunch along the way (individual expense).

Visit l’hôtel des Invalides, whose famous gold-plated dome is the final resting place of some of the biggest names in France’s military history, including Napoleon Bonaparte.

Take in the sights and sounds during you cruise along the river Seine.

Prepare to sing a French class classic as you make your way to l’Arc de triomphe! You’re about to step onto l’avenue des Champs Élysées.

Have dinner at a nearby restaurant then go back to the hotel for a well-deserved night rest.

 

 

Breakfast and orientation at the hotel with your tour leader, followed by check-out.

Head over to Charles de Gaulle Airport to register for your flight to Barcelona.

Arrive at Barcelona Airport and head into town for time for lunch and to explore on your own (individual expense).

Make your way to the Calella resort and check in to the hotel to relax and unwind before the afternoon’s activities.

Spend the rest of the afternoon discovering Calella on your own. Take a walk downtown where the streets are entirely dedicated to pedestrians, or stroll along the 3km-long beach exploring the small shops that line it.

Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant in Calella before returning to the hotel for a well-deserved night’s rest.

Visit the medieval part of the city; see Santa Maria del Mar Church, the Royal Palace, the Gothic neighbourhood, the Palau de la Generalita de Catalunya and the cathedral whose construction started back in 1298.

Free time to explore las Ramblas de las Flores, the famous street lined with coffee and flower shops.

Discover the Boqueria Market, the famous food market in Barcelona. Admire all the fish on offer – you are definitively by the sea!

Enjoy dinner with the group at a local restaurant before returning to the hotel for a well-deserved night’s rest.

Visit the Teatro-Museum Dali de Figueras, one of the most popular museums in Spain. You won’t see any of Dali’s artwork, but the building is completely dedicated to his brilliantly eccentric methods.

Time for lunch and to explore on your own (individual expense).

Spend the afternoon discovering Tossa de Mar, whose medieval wall offers breathtaking panoramic views of Costa Brava. There's also a gorgeous beach nearby!

Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant in Calella before returning to the hotel for a well-deserved night’s rest.

Spend the day on a guided tour of the modern area of Barcelona and the architectural artworks of Antoni Gaudi.

Time for tapas in a downtown restaurant (individual expense).

Take a walk through the impressive Park Güell, a UNESCO World Heritage site designed by Gaudi.

Visit the famous and historic soccer (football!) stadium in Barcelona, Camp Nou.

Enjoy dinner with the group at a local restaurant in Calella before returning to the hotel for a well-deserved night’s rest.

Breakfast and orientation at the hotel with your tour leader, followed by your hotel check-out.

Hugs and handshakes as you head over to Barcelona Airport to check in for your flight home.
