A class trip to Madrid and Andalucia is the perfect way to bring yours students on an epic European adventure while giving them the opportunity to practice their Spanish. History, culture, and language come alive around every corner!

Here's What's On Deck:

Meet at the airport to check in for your flight to Madrid.

Arrive in Madrid, meet with your tour leader and hop on your motorcoach to head into central Madrid for orientation and lunch (individual expense).

Guided city tour to get a first glimpse of the city and its major monuments.

At the end of the afternoon, check in to your hotel before dinner, free time, and a well-deserved night’s rest.

Breakfast and orientation at the hotel with your tour leader.

Visit the famous Prado museum, home to one of the world’s finest collections of European art, with works by artists such as Vélasquez, Goya, and El Greco.

Free time along the city’s major arteries for lunch (individual expense).

Guided tour of the city, including the Plaza Mayor, the famous fountain in Cibeles Square, the Plaza de Espana, the Gran Via and the lively Puerta del Sol district.

Spend the afternoon at a tapas workshop to learn the art of tapas and sangria, taught by local restaurant staff.

Dinner at the hotel, followed by free time and a well-deserved night’s rest.

Breakfast with your tour leader before checking out of your hotel and heading to Toledo.

Guided tour of Toledo, including a stop at l’Iglesia De San Tomé, home to El Greco’s masterpiece, The Burial of the Count of Orgaz.

Lunch and free time to wander around the city’s winding streets (individual expense).

All aboard! Next stop: Cordova

Check in to your hotel close to the Old City before embarking on a brief orientation session and free time to discover this beautiful town on the banks of the River Guadalquivir.

Dinner and free time at the hotel, following by a well-deserved night’s rest.

Breakfast at the hotel with your tour leader, followed by check out.

Guided tour of Cordova, including stops at Juderia, the old Jewish district, and the 850-column-strong Mosque-Cathedral that dates back to 785.

Free time to admire the city that was once one of the largest in the west. Grab some lunch along the way (individual expense).

All aboard! Next stop: Seville.

Check in to your hotel situated just outside of the city center.

Free time and orientation with your tour leader, followed by dinner at the hotel.

Two-hour long flamenco show with a cast of more than 20 musicians and dancers. Enjoy the comfortable, air-conditioned studio while watching this colourful spectacle (first drink included).

Guided tour of Seville to see Giralda, the bell tower of a Gothic cathedral, the Torre del Oro, and the old Jewish quarter of Santa Cruz, a maze of whitewashed streets and picturesque patios.

See the green oasis of Maria Luisa Park and the Plaza de Espana. Fountains and shaded streets provide cool protection from the heat and dust of the city.

Time for lunch and to explore downtown Seville (individual expense).

Stop at a bull breeding site on the outskirts of the Andalusian capital. During your guided visit you’ll learn how the bulls are raised from birth and prepared for bullfighting.

Dinner and free time at the hotel, followed by a well-deserved night’s rest.

All aboard! Next stop: Costa del Sol.

Stop at the picturesque village of Mijas, perched on a hill with beautiful views of the Costa del Sol. Don’t forget to grab some lunch (individual expense).

Arrive in Torremolinos and check in to your comfortable hotel.

Enjoy late-afternoon shopping in the hundreds of shops in the city, walk beside the sea on the beautiful promenade that connects Torremolinos and Benalmadena, and visit the sun-soaked marina.

Dinner and free time in Torremolinos, followed by a well-deserved night’s rest.

All aboard! Next stop: Granada. Keep your eyes peeled for the Sierra Nevada mountains.

Arrive in Granada and dive right into a guided visit of the Generalife gardens and Alhambra, a marvelous palace and fortress built under the Nasrid Dynasty in the 14th century.

Free time for lunch and to explore the meandering lanes surrounding the Cathedral of Granada (individual expense).

Return to Torremolinos at the end of the day, grab some dinner at the hotel and settle in for a well-deserved night’s rest.

Breakfast and orientation with your tour leader, followed by check out.

Hugs and handshakes as you make your way to Malaga to register for your flight home.
