Experience the famous Cajun Country on an authentic swamp tour with a local guide. This is eco tourism at its very best!

Join us on a trip to Avery Island, where you’ll see alligators at Jungle Gardens and learn about the Original Red Sauce at Tabasco Headquarters!

Once you arrive in Bâton Rouge your Tour Leader will give you a brief orientation tour and set you up with some free time for lunch at the Main Street Market.

Let's explore the Old Lousiana State Capitol, a historic government building turned Museum of Political History. Its unique chateau-style architecture is truly a sight to behold.

Continue your journey through time at the Laura Plantation, a restored Creole plantation that delves into the history of slavery and agriculture along the Mississippi River.

All aboard! Next stop: The Big Easy, New Orleans!

Once you arrive in New Orleans your Tour Leader will briefly show you around before giving you free time for dinner and shopping at the Riverwalk Marketplace (individual expense).

Check in to your new hotel and settle in for a well deserved night's rest.

First thing's first: Let's get to know this place. You'll enjoy a thorough guided tour of the city - including the French Quarter, the Garden District, St. Louis Cathedral and more - before breaking off for lunch and free time at the French Market (individual expense).

You're all about to become intrepid explorers at the Audubon Aquarium of the Americas! Get ready for an epic ride in the IMAX theater!

There's no better way to experience the New Orleans skyline than aboard the Natchez: the last authentic steamboat still chugging along the Mississippi River.

Let's head down Bourbon Street for some dinner and free time (individual expense).

The wonders of nature are revealed during a visit to the Audubon Nature Institute's aquarium and IMAX theater!

Hugs and handshakes as you bid farewell to your Tour Leader and make your way back to your school to tell everyone about your Louisiana adventure.
