A class trip that combines French Southern charm with the City of Lights. We'll show you and your students the impossibly cool and luxurious Côte d'Azur, the historic (and frankly delicious) region of Provence - home to some of Van Gogh's most important muses - and the incredibly dynamic French capital that belongs on everyone's travel bucket list!

Here's What's On Deck:

Meet at the airport to register for your flight to Nice.

Arrive at Nice airport in the morning, ready for a full day!

Meet your tour leader and hop on your motorcoach. Next stop: St-Paul de Vence (breakfast en route is at individual expense)!

Let yourself be inspired by St-Paul de Vence, a charming fortified medieval town in the Provençal region. It was once home to famous artists such as Modigliani, Soutine, and Bonnard!

Lunch and free time to stroll along the narrow streets that still hold the charisma of times past (individual expense). 

Visit the Maeght Foundation, where contemporary and modern art meet in outdoor museum exhibitions. Here you’ll find one of Europe’s largest collections of paintings, sculptures and drawings.

In the afternoon depart towards Antibes and check in to your luxurious hotel.

Walk along the coast with your tour leader and breath in the fresh air of the Mediterranean.

Dinner and an early night in.

Explore Monaco, a sovereign city-state. The wealth here is unmistakable: admire incredible buildings, luxurious cars and the kind of boats that you only see in music videos!

Discover the harbor La Condamine, the Old City, the Prince’s Palace and the casinos with two local guides before tucking in to a picnic lunch.

Visit the Oceanographic Museum of Monaco, a research institute founded in 1910 by Prince Albert I. The aquarium is one of the most beautiful in Europe with more than 90 pools holding rare and magnificent species.

End your afternoon along Jean Médecin avenue, admiring the fountains of the Masséna Plaza and walking along the famous Promenade des Anglais that runs along the pebbled beach! 

Relax with dinner and an evening at the hotel.

Check out of your hotel and depart aboard your motorcoach for Provence!

Visit the Cathédrale d’Images, an incredible audiovisual show installed in excavated quarries. Marvel at the images projected on the walls, soil and ceilings of gigantic stone chambers. Grab lunch along the way (individual expense).

Visit Baux-de-Provence, a historic monument. The ruins of this 11th century castle overlook the stunning pedestrian village below. At this historic site there are numerous reconstructions of medieval war equipment.

Check-in at the hotel situated a short walk from downtown.

Dinner in a restaurant located near the fabulous Place de l’Horloge.

Follow your tour leader on an evening stroll in Avignon’s historical center. This center is famous for the Palace of the Popes, one of the most recognized places in French history, and the Saint-Bénézet bridge (also known as the Pont d’Avignon).

Return to the hotel for the night.

Following breakfast at the hotel, spend the morning discovering the ancient Parc Forum Ugernum de Beaucaire where you will see Gladiators battle, learn how to make an oil lamp, and learn about ancient Roman blacksmith techniques.

Time for a traditional Roman lunch, fitting for a Gladiator like you.

Discover the Nîmes arenas, built at the end of the 1st Century the Roman amphitheatre can hold 25 000 spectators.

Return to Avignon, dinner at a local restaurant and return to the hotel for a well-deserved night rest!

Discover the wine cellars of Henry Bouachon in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, the most recognized winery from the côte du Rhône region where you will enjoy a tasting and a brief description of how production works. 

Visit Pont du Gard, the ancient Roman aqueduc over 2000 years old. Take a stroll along the du Gard river.

Make your way to the train station for your TGV high-speed train ride to Paris.

Arrive in Paris and hop on your locally chartered motor coach to enjoy a guided tour of Paris on your way to the Seine’s docks.

Embark on a narrated cruise along the Seine and see Paris’ most famous monuments from different angles: the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre Palace, the Conciergerie, Notre-Dame, Town Hall and much more…

Enjoy dinner with the group at restaurant near the Champs-Élysées.

Walk along les Champs Élysées, lined with some of the world’s greatest fashion designers, from the Arc de Triomphe to Avenue Montaigne.

Check in to the hotel for a well-deserved night rest.

Explore one of the richest museums in the world, the Louvre, on a tour led by a specialized guide. After the tour, continue to explore the extraordinary collections of the museum on your own.

Take a stroll through Square du Vert-Gallant, at the tip of l’Ile de la Cité right on the Seine, on your way to the Latin district.

Time for lunch and to explore in the Latin district (at individual expense). Many small ethnic restaurants serve tasty meals at great prices!

Break off into small groups to explore l’île St-Louis and l’île de la Cité on your own.

Visit the magnificent Notre Dame Cathedral, whose construction took more than 170 years. Built more than eight centuries ago, this architectural masterpiece has seen significant events in history.

Explore and shop in the Halles district before tucking in to dinner with the group at a local restaurant.

Visit Beaubourg and its fountains before strolling over to City Hall and Notre-Dame. End your night tour in the courtyard of the Louvre.

Return to the hotel for a well-deserved night’s rest.

Stop in front of the Palais de Chaillot, the best place to take pictures of the Eiffel Tower, before making your way to top of the famous tower, 276 meters high. Enjoy the view of Paris and get a better sense of the orientation of the city.

Get a lay of the land atop one of the most iconic towers in the world: La Tour Eiffel!

Free time for lunch at individual expense.

Stroll along Place Vendôme on your way to Opéra Garnier. Guided tour of the Opera. Be amazed by the beauty and the richness of one Paris most mythical buildings.

Free time to shop in the area.

Dinner followed by a well-deserved night rest.

Following breakfast, it's time for hugs and handshakes as you check out of your hotel and make your way to register for your flight home. À la prochaine!
