President and Tour Leader
Mark is our fearless leader. Percussionist since the age of four, he has the ability to teach his friends how to listen to music. From the penguins of Antarctica to the Great Wall of China, Mark has traveled around the world. He founded Jumpstreet Educational Tours with Tom in 1988. You'll meet him on the road wearing his famous tuque.

Tom Clarke
Finance Director & Tour Leader
Tom has been an economist since the age of four. Now he is a CGA and controls the company's finances. He is especially great at helping teachers with their financial challenges when planning a trip. Tom is the proud father of Tristen and Haley who help him invent witty knock knock jokes. He has traveled to the seven continents, but his funniest stories are about his friend getting splashed by molten lava in South Africa.

Christine Raffa
Operation Director & Tour Leader
Christine is Jumpstreet's Director of Operations who keeps everyone in our office on track. She joined our team after living in Ottawa and getting a university degree in management and marketing. Lei e Italiana and she recently returned from Italy where she met her family for the first time! You'll meet her on tour, so don't forget to ask her to sing you the Sardines song..

Rosa Telsaint
Accountant
Rosa is the tallest person in the office. She is Tom's accounting assistant and is currently pursuing an accounting degree. She loves to dance and make funny voices. Rosa will assist you with questions pertaining to your payments and insurance purchases.

Claudia Calderon
Logistics Coordinator
Claudia joins our team as a full-time transportation specialist after assisting in the reservations department for three years. She has just recently completed a certificate in tourism management. Claudia loves baseball so much that she has gone on a North American tour dressed as a Kiwi fruit mascot. This gentle and patient colleague speaks French, Spanish and is learning Italian with her fiancé . Claudia is our transportation specialist and also creates programs for your students.

Alex Ffrench
Senior Sales Account Manager & Tour Leader
Alex, or Al the Pal as we like to call him, is the most positive man on Planet Jumpstreet. He is the proud daddy of Celeste, who is likely to become a rugby superstar like her parents. Al the Pal, is the Tour Consulting Specialist and his many years of experience on the road makes him a wonderful person to talk to for information before your trip.

Sylvie Archambault
Account Manager & Marketing Coordinator
Sylvie is passionate about art & design. Her background in architecture is a perfect foundation for her ardent desire to share the world's cultures with the younger generation and open their eyes to her optimism. On her time off, Sylvie likes exploring the latest venues in the art world and loves creating collages from recycled magazines. Sylvie explores countries on the wild side: if she is not climbing an active volcano, she's probably looking for a trendy neighbourhood and secret treasures.

Aaron Durocher
New Sales Account Manager & Tour Leader
Aaron joins our team after spending the last two years as a guitar teacher. Besides his passion for music, Aaron is also a sales enthusiast. After recently graduating from Concordia University in Sociology, he was recruited while selling a newspaper subscription to Mark. Aaron will gladly keep you informed of all that Jumpstreet has to offer!

Michael Johnson
Account Manager & Tour Leader
Michael, or Michel if you prefer, is one of Jumpstreet's longest serving tour leaders and resident film geek. As a first generation Canadian he cares deeply about La Belle Province (both the Province and the restaurant) and takes great pleasure out of encouraging the French language. His travels have taken him to every corner of the globe and with degrees in both History and Communications he loves nothing more than to inspire growth. His experience on the road gives him great insight as an account manager.
