Liability Coverage: Jumpstreet Tours’ liability insurance is $25,000,000.Our coverage offers a personal liability protection for both teachers and chaperones.

Secure payments: Your money is placed in a Bonded trust account. Our financial position is strong and we have never carried any debt.

Refund Guarantee Protection: The Refund Guarantee Protection (RGP) is EXCLUSIVE to Jumpstreet and our sibling brands and offers complete trip cancellation for any reason, at any time. (Optional at a fee)

Security: All of our tour leaders are cell equipped. Their unparalleled safety and security measures on tour ensure a worry-free experience.

Emergency Support: Your students or your community-at-large can instantly talk to a company representative 24/7 by dialing 1 800 663-4956/ while on tour.

Every student receives a lanyard with identification cards detailing all the steps to follow in case of an emergency.

On site support: We have office and /or fulltime staff available in all major tour destinations served.
