School trips to Europe

The class trip to Europe is one of the highlights of any student's high school experience. We can offer your travelling group more than 25 different tours to 7 countries including France, Spain, Italy, England, Iceland, Greece and Germany. You can mix and match in some cases; we can offer a tour that combines the best of London and Paris or Paris and Rome. We also offer tours with an historical focus such as our Battlefield Tours that emphasize WWI and WWII historic sites.

Tours range in length from 6 to 10 days, depending on destination and specific itinerary chosen for that destination.

France - Paris and Normandy
8 Day Educational Tour
This tour combines Paris highlights, Normandy Beaches and some “off the beaten track” programming at our very own Chateau! Visit the Champs-Elysées, Eiffel Tower, Versailles, the Louvre, Notre Dame, and take a cruise on the Seine. Students visit key sites associated with the D-Day invasion of World War II and take a half day to explore the charming town of Bayeux to view the tapestry. While in Normandy, students stay in our very own 18^th century Château du Molay and partake in exclusive programming such as circus frenzy, tasting snails, frogs legs and goats cheese, market adventures and bread making workshops. Spain - Madrid to Barcelona (Spain Round Trip)
10 Day Educational Tour
This tour visits Madrid and Barcelona, as well Seville and Valencia. In Madrid highlights will include La Plaza Mayor, the Prado Museum and The Royal Palace. In Barcelona visits will include Las Ramblas, the Picasso Museum and Gaudi’s architecture at La Sagrada Familia and Parc Güell. Italy - Viva Italia
10 Day Educational Tour
Experience Ancient Rome, with visits to the Colosseum and the Roman Forum, and then take a guided tour to the ancient city of Pompeii. See one of the greatest art collections in the world at the Vatican Museums. In Florence, students will discover the Renaissance with visits to the Uffizi Gallery and Michelangelo’s David at the Accademia. England - London
8 Day Educational Tour
This tour includes all the highlights such as Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, St. Paul’s Cathedral and the Tower of London. Students explore London’s great neighbourhoods such as Soho, Covent Garden and Notting Hill. Experience the London Eye, a focal point of the city and take part in an English ‘Tea Party’. Iceland
6 Day Educational Tour.
This tour of Iceland is like no other! Arrive in Reykjavik and spend time at the Blue Lagoon, a wonder of nature with mineral-rich geothermal water in the middle of a black lava field. Whale watching will present various species of whales, dolphins, seabirds and seals. Visits various sites that outline Iceland’s geological and historical heritage - breathtaking waterfalls, hot springs, and boiling geothermal pools are all highlights. Greece - Athens and the Greek Islands
9 Day Educational Tour
In Athens, students will visit the world famous Acropolis, including the Parthenon, the 1896 Olympic Stadium, the National Archaeological Museum, and the renowned Plaka shopping district and Monastiraki flea market. Your visit to Athens is followed by a four-day Greek islands cruise, with stops at Mykonos, Ephesus, Rhodes, Crete and Santorini. Austria and Germany - Sound of Music
10 Day Educational Tour
Experience the ‘Sound of Music’. Our tour to Austria and Germany includes visits to the locations that made this film famous, sites associated with renowned musicians and visits to places of great historical importance. Starting in Vienna this tour will span two countries with visits to Heilingstadt, Salzburg and Munich. With numerous ‘Sound of Music’ experiences, this tour is perfectly designed for music students, as well as anyone with an interest in history and a desire to experience two amazing countries in one educational tour. WWI and WW2 Sites - Belgium and France
10 Day Educational Battlefield Tour
This exclusive tour highlights some of the major sites of the First and Second World Wars. Visits include Ypres where you will visit the Menin Gate, Vimy Ridge, Dieppe, war fields, military cemeteries and the D-Daylanding sites. In Ypres you can attend the Last Post in the evening at the Menin Gate. Whilst in Normandy you will stay at our very own 18th Century Château, near Bayeux. This was used by the German High Command during the War. Now, students have the opportunity to enjoy many and varied activities that we offer exclusively at the château. In Belgium taste Belgian Chocolates at a chocolate factory. Conclude the trip with three incredible days in Paris and a day trip to the Château de Versailles.
